Bootcamp Class Description:
Julie's Bootcamp is an intense group workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe. Although physically demanding, participants of all fitness levels work together to achieve the results they deserve using well-researched methods like calisthenics and plyometrics. Get ready to join an all-female team that motivates and challenges each other to be the healthiest and most confident version of yourself possible - both during and outside of class. Sessions are held during 3 week intervals on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Please bring water, proper footwear and clothing, a yoga mat and a duffle or bookbag filled with at least 15/20 pounds depending on fitness level. Check out When/$$ for starting dates!
INTRO Bootcamp is intended as a beginners class for those of you who may be a bit weary of joining the HCore Bootcamp class right off the bat. It is a much lower-impact class that incorporates all of the muscle groups, but in a gentler environment. The cardio portion will be at a lower intensity and plyometrics will be used at a bare minimum - any old injuries will be kept in mind when preparing class. Don't worry though! The same enthusiasm and music will be staying put! :) Classes will be held on Tuesday's and Thursday's and each session will last for 3 weeks. Please bring along water, a couple free weights (5/10 lbs), proper footwear and clothing, and a yoga mat! Check out When/$$ for starting dates!
